Mintz, Povolzhsky State University of Telecommunications and Informatics, Vyatka State University, Voronezh State Technical University and Voronezh Administration invite you to participate in the XXIV International Scientific and Technical Conference «Radiolocation, Navigation, Communications» (RLNC * 2018) dedicated 100th anniversary of the Voronezh State University, 60th anniversary of the JSC «Concern «Sozvezdie», 65th anniversary of the Kotelnikov Institute of Radio Engineering and Electronics and 110th birthday anniversary of V. A. Kotelnikov. The conference will be held on April 17 - 19, 2018 in the city of Voronezh. The main purpose of the conference is to organize the interaction of scientific and technical teams for the exchange of experience and new creative successes. The achievement of this goal also contributes to the introduction of promising developments that are of practical importance for the further development of Russia's industry, economy and scientific and technical potential, as well as the development of the creative potential of talented youth and its attraction to the solution of the most urgent production, technical and scientific tasks.
